To facilitate our services, we require a retainer to be placed on account. This retainer is based on our initial assessment of the time required and anticipated bills for your property management needs. It covers all the services discussed, including regular property inspections, emergency assistance, personal errands, and more.

At the end of each month, we provide a detailed statement outlining all expenses and services rendered. If the retainer needs to be replenished, we will notify you and facilitate the top-up process. This ensures that your account is always in good standing, and services continue uninterrupted.

We utilize a full CRM platform integrated with our billing system. This advanced technology allows us to manage your property efficiently, keep detailed records, and provide timely updates. Our CRM ensures that every aspect of your property management is meticulously documented and accessible.

Our time for additional services is billed at an hourly rate and in 30-minute increments. This transparent billing practice ensures that you only pay for the exact time spent on managing your property, providing exceptional value for the quality of service you receive.

To ensure clarity and accountability, we create a RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) matrix for each property. This framework outlines the roles and responsibilities of all parties involved, ensuring that every task is managed effectively and nothing is overlooked.
